• They should be sample-free and please note if it is a cover song.

• Please inform us of any record company or publisher affiliations. You must own or control your Master Recording and Copyright and/or be able to provide any shared Copyright details.

Note:

We listen to all submissions, but unfortunately not all of the music we receive is right for our catalog. We try to get back to everyone ASAP, but due to a large quantity of submissions, if you haven’t heard from us within 3-4 weeks, we’ve probably passed on your submission.

If we like what we hear, you’ll receive an agreement to sign, which grants us the right to non-exclusively administer our version of your song* for a 1-year period to any of our clients worldwide. The agreement will automatically renew itself after 1-year unless otherwise directed in writing. By all means, consult with an attorney should you have any hesitation.

It's pretty simple. We split any upfront sync licensing fees 50/50. You’ll keep 100% of your Publishing and Master ownership, and you’ll also get 100% of any applicable performance royalties.

Yes. Many of the contributors to our library are exclusive, and many of our clients insist on only working with tracks that are exclusive to our library. There are many other advantages to working exclusively with Said So Sound. Please contact us for more information.
